Grandichef.com website, which reviews the chefs, kitchens, recipes and places of food most renowned, has included Chef Andrea Canton of the Restaurant La Primula in the new project of Michelin-starred chefs.

The dedicated article tells not only the story of the Chef, but in particular that of the Canton family where food has been reigning for more than 140 years in San Quirino di Pordenone.
Already in 1873, Angelo Canton and subsequently Osvaldo, ran an inn where dishes such as polenta and renga or tripe and cod were served.
Only in the 50s with Roberto Canton takes the name "La Primula".

However, it was with Andrea Canton that the turnaround that led the restaurant to success took place, with the conquest in 1983 of the Michelin Star.
"Today the kitchen of chef Andrea Canton is the result of a precise, meticulous design where the territory, the tradition, the quality and the genuineness of the raw materials are represented, the advanced technique of making food. The dish is composed in an almost maniacal form and all the senses must contribute to the tasting of the masterpiece that will always be good, never banal, beautiful. "
