The flavours and the colors of the summer cuisine will be the protagonists on Friday 31th July at the show dinner of Friuli Via dei Sapori, where the guests can appreciate the cuisine of the 20 chefs of the group.
The principal ingredient of the evening is the Bread, that the chef will transform preparing live the dishes. 20 winemakers will after propose fined matches completing the travel discovering the flavours and the smells og Friuli Venezia Giulia.
The Restaurant la Primula will be the protagonist with a Toast al Salmone, Wasabi and Maionese vegetale, combined with the fine Malvasia il Caprino, prepared by Andrea and Marco Canton.
