You can buy our smoked salmon, which we produce entirely by hand.
The process takes five days: filleted, salted and flavoured with lemon peel and coriander, then lightly smoked in four stages using juniper wood. It does not contain any colouring or preservatives.
The salmon is only prepared to order in baffes or vacuum-packed slices, packed in a gift bag.
The baffes: can be of different sizes, from 800 to 1200 grams.
