On 19 November, the Michelin Star award ceremony was held at the Teatro Regio in Parma, during which the Michelin Guide 2026 awards were unveiled, including the reconfirmation of the star, for the 43rd consecutive time, for the restaurant La Primula, which holds the longest-standing award in Friuli Venezia Giulia.

The passion for offering refined cuisine based on natural ingredients, with a particular focus on Friulian tradition reinterpreted by chef Andrea Canton and his team, testifies to the Canton family's commitment to Italian cuisine since 1873.
