This year it's possible to buy smoked salmon that we entirely produce handmade.
The salmon follows a process lasting five days: threaded, then salted and flavored with lemon peel and coriander and finally smoked slightly which is made for four times with juniper wood.
To ensure the best product of its features and to ensure the delivery on time, it is prepared exclusively on order or sliced hams vacuum.

The hams of Salmon
Available on different size, from 800 to 1200 grams.
The cut-outs, from 300 to 500 grams

Hams and slices are packed with gift bag.
Price per kg: 80 €
