Friday 10th March 2017 was broadcast service "Cooking" and kitchen of Pordenone on Tg2 Eat Parade, with an interview to Fabrizio Nonis, wine journalist, and Andrea Canton, Michelin star chef of Ristorante La Primula.
The service focuses on the typical products of Pordenone area: San Quirino Saffron, Red onion of Cavasso and FigoMoro from Caneva.
Chef Canton has created 3 different proposals with these ingredients:
- Grilled Redfish with cream of rice flavored with saffron
- Tortelli with bleached onion and anchovy
- Goose liver with FigoMoro
