The new edition of “Cucinare - per piacere, per mestiere” is being to start, the Food and Wine and kitchen technologies fair that will held from 14th to 17th February. The 2015 edition is waiting for more than 150 exhibitors and a thick planning of appointments with the show cooking, tasting and little courses of cuisine with chefs and famous characters of Food and Wine.
On Saturday 14 the chef Andrea Canton from La Primula Restaurant will be the guest of Cucinare and will propose at the Star Cooking Arena the show “Creatività ed Esperienza in cucina”, a tasting of Caviar dop with Ovoledo potatoes and cream of cauliflower.
The Andrea show cooking will start at 3.30 pm.
