An opportunity for all the kitchen lovers and all who want to know, learn and experiment organized by Accademia Sant’Anna. Our starred chef Andrea Canton will be the protagonist of this evenings deditated to Haute Cuisine and will propose to the participants exclusive recipes, teaching materials and allow to taste the dishes and the wines prepared for the 4 evenings.
