Andrea Canton, literally born in the kitchen, grew up among the great cuisines of Gualtiero Marchesi, at the San Domenico restaurant in Imola and the kitchens of France.
Emanuela Canton
Sister of Andrea, she takes care of the guests of the Restaurant and Osteria alle Nazioni, and also of the guests of the Hotel to guarantee them the care of the service offered.
Pierangelo Dal Mas
Expert sommelier, Regional Vice President of AIS, he is the prince of the cellar. He accompanies the guests of the Restaurant La Primula in choosing the perfect wine for their lunch or their dinner.
Marco Canton
He is the maître-head of the Ristorante La Primula: with his professionalism and his dynamism, he carries on the family activity to refine the art of hospitality.
